Coronavirus: More cases recorded in Chichester and Arun

Chichester and Arun have seen an increase in confirmed cases of coronavirus in the last seven days.

The total number of cases in West Sussex now stands at 2,768 (Friday, July 10), up by 39 since last Friday, according to the figures from Public Health England.

In Chichester, there have been six new confirmed cases in the last week, bringing the total number of cases in the district up to 279.

In Arun, the number has risen by three to 326.

However, the figures across the county showed positive results from tests carried out in NHS settings, such as labs and hospitals, as well as at home or at drive-thru centres.
