“I know I keep on saying this however clearly a sale by auction is proving to be both buyers and sellers preferred method of completing a property transaction as it is immediate, transparent and perhaps more importantly is both chain and mortgage free.

“I keep being asked about the affect Brexit and the higher rate SDLT Tax is having on property values so for now my answer is simply this, a 93 per cent success rate and over £3.5million worth of property sold from one auction leads me to believe in the auction world, all is well, very well indeed.”
