Launching next Saturday (July 16), the award-winning house builder will showcase a four bedroom Blenheim style property at its Bader Heights development in Tangmere.

Offering a sneak peak inside, potential buyers will be able to discover what life could be like living at this luxurious development, named after local Second World War hero Douglas Bader.

Tracey Lee, regional operations director for Miller Homes Southern, said Tangmere is the perfect place to put down roots: “Our Bader Heights neighbourhood is the perfect community for a range of new homebuyers, with lots of beautiful open space and a short walk to Tangmere town centre for essential amenities.

“We’ve had lots of interest in this highly desirable location already. I would encourage all potential homebuyers to register their interest quickly to avoid missing out on these dream new homes in Tangmere.”

Bader Heights is just three miles from the historic town centre of Chichester and offers house hunters a selection of eco-friendly one, two, three and four bedroom homes.

A range of purchase incentives are available, including the Government-backed Help to Buy Initiative.

As well as the purchase offers, Miller Homes has been awarded five stars, the highest level attainable, in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey for the fifth consecutive year.

As Tracey added, this gives buyers added confidence: “Everyone here at Miller Homes is committed to providing the highest standards of customer care.

“Our five-star award just goes to show the quality that goes into each and every home we build, and the service delivered to our customers from the very first enquiry to when they move in and beyond.”

A number of off-plan reservations have already been made at Bader Heights, ahead of the show home opening.
