A24 accident victim named
THE man who died while working on the A24 on Monday, August 12, has been named as Anthony Saunders.
The 49-year-old, from Lower Faircox in Henfield, was struck by a passing car and sadly died at the scene from his injuries.
His family said he would be sadly missed.
Sgt Mel Doyle said: “Anyone who has any information or witnessed the collision is asked to contact police on 101 quoting Op Copland.”
