QUESTIONS are being asked why much-needed improvements to the A27 in Chichester could be delayed because of the rising costs.
The estimated cost of the scheme has soared from 137m to 192 and chairman of the regional transport board Nick Skellet said: 'It is important we find a way forward so we don't lose too much time.'
