They will have to cover 28km in 12.5 hours on day one, and 23km in ten hours for day two. The team will also be carrying BBC Children in Need official mascot Pudsey Bear to the top of every peak.

They hope to raise £100,000 together and 19-year-old Will, who recently joined Lloyds as an apprentice, is hoping to raise £2,500.

He said: “I decided to take part in this challenge for BBC Children in Need because I realise how lucky I am to have grown up in a loving and caring family where I have always had a number of opportunities to thrive; something which so many young people don’t. It’s great to know that every peak I climb will help Britain prosper, by making a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.”
