Bid to build more homes
A seventh attempt in three years is being made to build homes in the gardens of houses in Barnham.
Hillreed Homes wants to put 14 detached, link detached and semi-detached properties on land behind 138-146 Barnham Road.
The previous bids for the development were made by another developer.
They concerned 21 and 18 properties. None was approved by Arun District Council or a planning inspector at several appeals.
Arun will determine the latest application in the next few months.
