BREAKING NEWS: A286 closed after major accident

POLICE, fire fighters and an ambulance crew are currently on the scene of a major accident on the A286 at Cocking where a car has been in collision with a lorry.

The accident happened around 5pm (Tuesday, March 15) just south of the village close to Wolverstone Farm.

The main road between Chichester and Midhurst is now closed in both directions.

Fire crews from Midhurst and Chichester are in attendance.
