Kenny, Coates and Hiseman are also all charged with fraud by abuse of position between 1 January 2008 and 15 March 2011.

The Sussex Police Major Fraud Unit have been investigating events that led to the closure of CK Solicitors in Selsey by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA).

Detectives have been working with the SRA on this complex enquiry since 2012.

The investigation centred on the alleged disappearance of some £900,000 which is alleged to have been taken from client accounts at the firm.
