Charity taster sessions offered

TASTER sessions in reflexology are being offered in Bognor Regis as part of World Reflexology Week and to raise money for charity.

The School of Reflexology will be offering taster sessions at St Joseph's Church on Albert Road on Saturday, September 20.

The sessions are free but participants are invited to donate money which go to charities that St Joseph's supports.

Also on show will be stalls with locally made jewellery, natural soaps, and a range of aromatherapy products.

The sessions take place from 10am until 1pm, and then from 2pm until 4pm.

Reflexology is a treatment used to relax the body by massaging hands and feet.
