Chichester and Worthing court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from September 28 to October 2.

Anthony Kileen, 46, of Sussex Village, Manor Way, Elmer, admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. The order was varied to be a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement. He must pay £70 costs.

Joseph Cambridge, 26, of Wood Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a hand-held phone while driving on the M27 Southampton on August 29, 2012. He also admitted driving on the M27 Southampton without wearing a seatbelt, no separate penalty. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jordan Kennett, 35, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on September 13, 2015.

Lewis Mansell, 24, of Scant Road East, West Ashling, was fined £275 after admitting driving without insurance in West Ashling on September 12, 2015. He was fined £90 after admitting driving without a licence and a further £275 after admitting wilfully obstructing a police constable. He must also pay £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, and his driving record was endorsed with six points.

Kyle Fish, 29, of Brookview, Coldwaltham, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Tangmere on March 19, 2015. He was fined £117 after admitting driving without a licence and a further £117 after admitting failing to stop when required by police. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Ashley Slater, 28, of Southdown Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.5mcg Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in Crookthorn Lane, Climping, on April 12, 2015. He was fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance and a further £40 after admitting driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

James Bray, 47, of Taylors Field, Midhurst, was fined £133 and must pay £350 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to report an accident in Chichester Gate car park on February 13, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He also admitted failing to stop after an accident, no separate penalty.

David Hughes, 34, of Viscount House, Midhurst, was fined £115 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to comply with a statutory off-road notification by driving in Main Road, Nutbourne, on April 30, 2015. He was ordered to pay £95.84 vehicle excise back duty.

Christopher Thompson, 25, of The Drive, Ifold, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over 70mph on the A23 Bolney on March 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jonathan England, 48, of Clappers Lane, Bracklesham Bay, was fined £255 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over 60mph on the B2138 Bury on May 10, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

German Danys, 20, of Sermon Court, Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £210 and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without insurance in Avenue de Chartres, Chichester, on May 12, 2015. He was fined £40 after admitting driving without a licence and a further £40 after admitting driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Luke Sadler, 29, of Pembroke Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A27 Tangmere on March 7, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jordan Wilson, 19, of Gospond Road, Barnham, was fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance in Gospond Road, Barnham, on October 29, 2014. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance in Gospond Road, Barnham, on March 6, 2015. He also admitted driving without a licence on October 29, 2014, and driving without a licence on March 6, 2015, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending. He must also pay £20 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
