Chichester and Worthing court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from September 21 to 25.

Kenneth Busson, 65, of Common View, Stedham, was given a community order with 12-week curfew from 4pm to midnight, electronically monitored, after admitting sexually touching a woman without consent on July 6, 2015. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

Paul Dixon, 42, of Hotham Gardens, Bognor Regis, was given a two-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing meat and cider worth £24.97 from Co-op, Bognor Regis, on July 17, 2014. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge, the order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original shoplifting offence. He was given three two-week consecutive prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, after admitting failing to surrender to custody; stealing a £35 jacket from Peacocks, Bognor Regis, on April 15, 2015; and stealing meat worth £30 from Tesco Express, Bognor Regis, on October 27, 2014. He was also given a six-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing a £150 bicycle in Bognor Regis on November 18, 2014. He must pay a total of £80 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

George Koldaras, 38, of Southerland Court, Southerland Close, Bognor Regis, was given a four-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with six-week curfew from 9pm to 5am, electronically monitored, after admitting stealing toiletries worth £99.15 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on June 18, 2015. He was given a four-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing razors worth £68.85 from Wilkinson, Bognor Regis, on June 18, 2015. He was given two further two-week consecutive prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing two bottles of vodka from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on July 23, 2015; and clothing worth £14.98 from New Look, Bognor Regis, on July 29, 2015. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge, the order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original theft offence. He was given a four-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing two bottles of whiskey from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on February 2, 2015. He must pay £68.85 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge.

Samuel Morgan, 19, of Adelaide Road, Chichester, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £180 ciminal courts charge, after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on July 1, 2015. He also admitted possessing four wraps of MDMA, no separate penalty. He was fined £50 after admitting failing to surrender to custody and breaching a suspended sentence.

Hayley Godber, 37, of Orchard Way, Barnham, was fined £75 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Main Road, Yapton, on January 18, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jevgenijus Stankevicius, 25, of Pagham Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £250 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 on September 5, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

John Hall, 67, of Osbourne Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on December 30, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Maxim Say, 32, of Hampshire Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Worthing Road, Littlehampton, on May 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Arturas Balionis, 28, of Essex Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £450 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on March 10, 2015. He was also fined £150 after being found guilty of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Lynette St Quintin, 49, of Canada Road, Arundel, was fined £1,200 and must pay £120 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on November 7, 2014. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Grzegorz Makaryk, 25, of Canberra Court, Richmond Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance on the A259 Littlehampton on May 7, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He was also fined £220 after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate.

Janina Herrmann, 42, of Kings Drive, Midhurst, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate at Gatwick Airport on May 3, 2015.

Alex Derekis, 28, of East Bank, North End Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in South Street, Chichester, on September 4, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Steven Lambie, 44, of Shopwhyke Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (101mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A285 Chichester on September 9, 2015. He must also pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Wayne Roberts, 37, of Beatrice House, Northcliffe Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £20 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in West Street, Bognor Regis, on September 9, 2015. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge, no action taken.

Phillip Southgate, 35, of Milestone Cottage, Birdham Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing £1,455.55 from The Earl of March pub in Lavant on July 18, 2015. He must also pay £1,455.55 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Sarah Watson, 37, of Cardinals Drive, Bognor Regis, must pay £30 victim surcharge, £300 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (56mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Nyetimber Lane, Bognor Regis, on August 29, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Robert Mordle, 25, of North Street, Midhurst, was fined £330 and must pay £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Easebourne Lane, Midhurst, on February 21, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Michael Wallace, 46, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was discharged unconditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing food from Tesco, Chichester, on June 1, 2015.
