THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates' courts from February 1 to 4.

Adam James, 45, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and four-week curfew, electronically monitored, between 7pm and 7am after admitting possessing diamorphine in Bognor Regis on December 11, 2015; and possessing crack cocaine in Bognor Regis on December 11, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge and the order was revoked.

Barry Farrell, 70, of Manor Lane, Selsey, was fined £100 after admitting failing to notify the DWP of a change in circumstances affecting Pension Credit between May 15, 2012, and November 16, 2014. He was fined a further £100 after admitting failing to notify Chichester District Council of a change in circumstances affecting Council Tax Benefit between June 18, 2012, and March 31, 2013. He was fined a further £100 after admitting failing to notify Chichester District Council of a change in circumstances affecting Housing Benefit between June 18, 2012, and November 16, 2014. He must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jacqueline Playford, 53, of Yeomans Acre, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 after admitting stealing cards worth £17.50 from Clinton Cards, Chichester, on January 15, 2016. She was also fined £50 fater admitting stealing clothes worth £266.62 from Marks and Spencer, Chichester, on January 15, 2016. She must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Shane Rishman, 24, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 27, 2015. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge. He must pay a further £100 compensation after admitting causing £200 damage to a vehicle in Bognor Regis on October 27, 2015.

Jefferson De Oliveira, 30, of Spinney Lane, Itchenor, was given a four-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting driving in Cakeham Road, East Wittering, on January 21, 2016, while disqualified. He must pay £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 32 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Michael Curlewis, 73, of Ford Road, Tortington, was fined £340 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £150 costs, having admitted failing to stop after an accident which damaged a vehicle in High Street, Arundel, on August 17, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He also admitted driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty.

Ryan Wadey, 21, of Canberra Place, Tangmere, was fined £265 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting drink-driving (97mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in West Street, Chichester, on November 28, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Daniel Carr, 24, of Kenilworth Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on August 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Stuart Dunn, 40, of Flansham Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over 70mph on the A27 West Ashling on July 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

John Elvidge, 51, of Lucking Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on September 21, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Malcolm Gilbertson, 38, of Willetts Way, Loxwood, was fined £293 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on August 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Summa Millington, 32, of Upton Brooks, Barnham, was fined £147 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on July 22, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Mroz, 27, of Lonford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £187 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on August 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Gary Twocock, 49, of Balls Cross, Petworth, was fined £230 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in London Road, Pulborough, on August 14, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

William Dunne, 47, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, after being found guilty of driving over the 40mph speed limit in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on July 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Benjamin Read, 27, of Arun Terrace, Ford Road, Arundel, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on July 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Ireneusz Sluzewski, 54, of Rossalyn Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge after admitting driving while not wearing a seat belt in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis, on June 25, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Samuel Cutting, 27, of Main Road, Emsworth, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Main Road, Fishbourne, on July 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Paul Hopkins, 28, of Sea Lane, Middleton-on-Sea, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A283 Northchapel on August 15, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Marc Johnson, 36, of Downscroft, Upper Beeding, was fined £190 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a hand-held phone while driving on the A272 Cowfold on August 18, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Troy Johnson, 26, of Hampton Place, Wick, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of using a vehicle with a faulty tyre in Water Lane, Angmering, on August 14, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points. He was also fined £220 after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate.

Lee Standing, 32, of Pavilion Road, Worthing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Mill Road, Worthing, on August 14, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Wei Yan, 33, of Hillbarn Parade, Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, on August 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.
