Michael Gladdis, 54, of Coldharbour Farm Road, Emsworth, was fined £180 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs,

after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on June 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Artur Balcerowski, 43, of Huron Court, Gravits Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (143mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A259 Oving on January 31, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Nigel Blann, 25, of Osborne Crescent, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis in Charles Avenue, Chichester, on February 23, 2016.

Joe Rideout, 23, of Woodgate Park, Woodgate, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (102mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Orchard Way, Bognor Regis, on March 13, 2016. He must pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Kieron Satturley, 35, of Westfield, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £8.99 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing goods worth £8.99 from Tesco, Felpham, on March 11, 2016.

Zoe Ireland, 19, of Velyn Avenue, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Chichester on December 12, 2015; and three charges of assaulting a police constable on December 12, 2015.

Lynsey Vine, 20, of Velyn Avenue, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Chichester on December 12, 2015.

Trevor Hunt, 34, of Albert Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency after admitting two charges of using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on February 24, 2016; and two charges of assaulting a police constable. He was fined £80 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jordan Phillips, 21, of Worcester Road, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting wilfully obstructing a police constable in Chichester on December 12, 2015.

Glen Donaldson, 34, of Well Road, Pagham, was fined £550 and must pay £100 compensation, £55 victim surcharge, £500 costs, after admitting asssault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 4, 2015.

Ben Read, 27, of Hope Place, Spitalfield Lane, Chichester, was fined £185 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Hotham Way, Bognor Regis, on July 22, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Ryan Watson, 18, of Maple Gardens, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge after admitting possessing herbal cannabis in Bognor Regis on March 16, 2016.

Jane Young, 45, of Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs, after admitting possessing amphetamine in Selsey on March 17, 2016.

Samuel Bird, 27, of High Meadow, Cocking, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Chichester on December 20, 2015. No endorsement as the court was satisfied he believed he was fully insured by his mother.

William Ayres, 42, of Babsham Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £165 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Clapham in September 30, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Astrid Dowding, 36, of Hunter Road, Emsworth, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Main Road, Southbourne, on October 3, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with four points.

Ian Keywood, 53, of Chidham Lane, Chidham, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to stop at a red light in Market Avenue, Chichester, on September 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.
