The event is being organised by the Chichester and Bognor Dementia Care Forum.

Anyone interested in taking part in activities or just enjoying a chance to chat should head to the Assembly Rooms, North Street, Chichester, on Monday, July 15, from 1pm-4pm.

“There will also be helpful information on support and other activities available at the session,” said Rayner Waszkiewicz, organiser of the project which is a joint effort between Chichester Area Mind, Alzheimer’s Society and West Sussex Carers Support.

“This is a pilot for a planned programme of new, different and stimulating regular events, recognising the needs of those who feel their social life may be slipping away.

“Come along and let us know what interests you, and help shape the programme so it works for you.”
