Chichester police appeal for truck connected with fraud

People around the Chichester area are being urged to look out for a white, open back truck with ‘JR Tree Service’ written on it, and report any sighting to police.

Police believe the truck was linked to a fraud involving a vulnerable person on Friday afternoon (October 23).

Writing on their Facebook page, police said: “Please look out for a ‘White open back truck with JR Tree service’ written on it.

“It has been linked to a fraud involving a vulnerable person this afternoon and we would like to speak to the owner.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting ref 0775 of the 23/10.
