College students prepare for jobs market
The annual event began with organiser Joanne Calladine-Evans giving an introduction to proceedings.
With the help of Bexhill Rotary Club, who work closely with the college for the event, around 50 interviewers from the local business community volunteered to conduct four interviews each during the morning.

Hide AdEach interview lasted 15 minutes, and for the first time students wore business attire.
The interviews are designed to boost students' confidence, provide real-life experience of the work environment, and give advice about future prospects.
The event finished at 12.30pm, with postitive feedback from students and interviewers.
Roger Batey, of Bexhill Rotary Club, liaised with St. Rchards for the event. He said: "Everybody I spoke to said the morning's experience had been both enjoyable and worthwhile.
