Crash victim named
A 50 year-old woman who wass fatally injured in a road crash on the A271 at Amberstone Corner, Hailsham, in the small hours of Tuesday morning has been mamed.
She was Carina Bennett of Harebeating Crescent, Hailsham.
She was riding a Peugeot Speedfight scooter which was in collision with a Ford Ka driven by a 19-year-old local woman.
She received slight injuries.
Firefighters from Hailsham attended the scene.
