Crime prevention dayat Peasmarsh store
JEMPSONS at Peasmarsh hosted a crime prevention day held by the Rye Neighbourhood Policing Team.
PC Nigel Collins and PCSO Becky Unicombe joined up with Sussex Police’s crime prevention officer Hilary Warden and Emma Diplock, the community safety co-ordinator.
The team were there from 10am to 2pm on Thursday October 17 giving out advice on securing your property over the winter period and giving out free shed alarms.

Hide AdPCSO Becky Unicombe said; “In the past the village of Peasmarsh and the surrounding area has been targeted by thieves particularly during the winter months.
“We hope that by giving people the right advice on how to best secure and protect their property along with some extra police patrols in the area that this year will be different.”
