Appeal for witnesses after man assaulted in Wick Street
Police are seeking witnesses to an incident in Wick Street, Littlehampton, between Whitelea and West Way, during the early hours of Sunday (7 August) in which a 49-year-old man walking alone was assaulted by another man,
He sustained head and facial injuries for which he was treated at Worthing Hospital, police have said.
According to the police, the assailant is described as a white man, 5’7”, in his 30s and of stocky build, who was possibly wearing cropped trousers and a t-shirt, and was accompanied by another man.
