Glen Donaldson, 40, of Well Road, Bognor Regis, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Rose Green on October 31, 2020. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting assault by beating in Rose Green on September 19, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £150 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £625 costs.

Katy Wilson, 46, of Cherry Close, Cocking, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Midhurst on January 4, 2021. The court found the offence was aggravated by being committed against an emergency worker acting in the exercise of functions as such. She must pay £200 compensation, £85 costs.

Simon Holman, 47, of Gordon Avenue, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting fraud, dishonestly making a false representation by reporting his vehicle, intending to make a monetary gain from the car insurance company, on February 25, 2021; failing to stop after a road accident in which damage was caused to a sandstone wall in Tangmere Road, Tangmere, on February 24, 2021; failing to report the accident; and causing wasteful employment of Sussex Police by knowingly making a false report, intending to show an offence had been committed, on February 24, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs. His driving licence was endorsed with seven points.

Lee Pack, 40, of Bramber Road, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the B2179 East Wittering on January 10, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Toyah Keen, 21, of The Forge, West Street, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting using a vehicle without insurance in East Street, Littlehampton, on January 16, 2021. Her driving record was endorsed with six points. She also admitted permitting someone to drive a vehicle in Rosemead, Littlehampton, without the correct licence on January 16, 2021, no separate penalty.

Valentina Zanuzdana, 59, of Victoria Road South, Bognor Regis, was fined £109 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on December 17, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Steven Cook, 47, of Lancaster Place, Orchard Way, Bognor Regis, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Bognor Regis on December 25, 2020.

Cheryl Lynn, 32, of Carleton Road, Chichester, was given a community order with four-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 8am daily, and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a nurse, by beating in Chichester on December 11, 2020; and two charges of assault by beating in Chichester on December 11, 2020. She must pay a total of £200 compensation.

Marko Tsachev, 46, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on May 26, 2020. He was fined £120 and must pay £90 costs after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on May 26, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points for each offence.

Ashley Harfield, 30, of Northcliffe Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £34 surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (3.5ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Highcroft Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 14, 2021. His driving licence was endorsed with ten points.
