Kerry Howard, 36, of Charles Avenue, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £100 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on October 7, 2020. She also admitted stealing food from Marks & Spencer on October 7, 2020, no separate penalty.

Azaaz Singh, 18, of Maple Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 after admitting driving without insurance in Bognor Regis on November 21, 2020. He was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Bognor Regis on November 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

George Whitby, 24, of Pheasant Copse, Petworth, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (55mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in River Lane, Lodsworth, on January 5, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Dean Blackford, 33, of Stempswood Way, Barnham, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (51mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Stempswood Way, Barnham, on August 19, 2019; and two charges of drug-driving (63ug/l cocaine, 767ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Stempswood Way, Barnham, on August 19, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalties.

Armands Balodis, 31, of Conbar Avenue, Rustington, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, on December 12, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Valerjus Osetrovas, 62, of West Street, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (109mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Loats Lane, Bognor Regis, on January 13, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Geraldine Sandford, 67, of Hollist Lane, Easebourne, was fined £595 and must pay £59 victim surcharge, £90 csots, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Duncton High Street, on September 6, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jonathan Plater, 43, of Spitalfield Lane, Chichester, was fined £333 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Marine Parade, Brighton, on August 12, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Daniel Hoinisch, 39, of Fir Tree Way, Bersted, was fined £342 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (64mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Heath Place, Bognor Regis, on February 20, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Richard Medlock, 83, of Middleton Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £286 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention on the A259 Drayton Lane Roundabout, Merston, on November 8, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Romans Cubrevics, 44, of Sun Park Close, Bersted, was fined £293 and must pay £59 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (67mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in West Meads Drive, Aldwick, on February 21, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months. He was fined £293 after admitting driving without insurance. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Martyn Bushnell, 32, of Meadow Way, Meadow Court, Selsey, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments on November 26 and December 3, 2020. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a £100 fine for assault by beating in Bognor Regis on January 15, 2020.

Nathan Page, 29, of Hurst Cottages, East Street, Amberley, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing a number of deal bags of cannabis and cannabis resin, class B drugs, in Bignor on March 30, 2020.

Paul Ramsay, 33, of Palmer Road, Angmering, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (148mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) and two charges of drug-driving (46ug/l cocaine, 206ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Lidsey Road, Bognor Regis, on September 5, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months after admitting taking a vehicle without consent and before it was recovered, damage was caused to the vehicle in Bognor Regis on September 5, 2020. He also admitted driving without insurance and without the correct driving licence in Lidsey Road, Bognor Regis, on September 5, 2020, no separate penalties.
