Aaron O’Mara, 22, of Queensway, Seymour Place, Bognor Regis, was given a four-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting assault by beating in Arundel on October 17, 2015. He was given an 18-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Arundel on October 17, 2015. He was also given two restraining orders and must pay £80 victim surcharge and £225 costs. He must also pay £400 compensation after admitting causing £400 damage to a mobile phone and case in Arundel on October 17, 2015.

Alexandru Achimfiev, 26, of Chichester Road, Selsey, was fined £275 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Stockbridge Road, Chichester, on June 2, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Richard Bird, 25, of Elizabeth Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £330 and must pay £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (80mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Lion Road, Bognor Regis, on June 19, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

George Connell, 92, of North Lodge, Pagham Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge after admitting failing to report an accident in McDonald’s car park, Bognor Regis, in which another vehicle was damaged on January 23, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He also admitted driving without due care and attention, and admitted failing to stop after an accident, no separate penalty.

Paul Roddie, 55, of Rivermead, Pulborough, was given a nine-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting drink-driving (137mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Church Place, Pulborough, on June 16, 2016. He must pay £140 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Pawel Szalkowski, 38, of Holly Court, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (104mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, North Bersted, on June 18, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

David Stalder, 51, of Bilsham Court, Bilsham Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (84mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oldlands Way, Bognor Regis, on June 20, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Ashley Platt, 23, of Flansham Park, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.4mg of Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on May 6, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was fined a further £80 after admitting possessing cannabis in Bognor Regis, on May 6, 2016.

William Rhodes, 28, of Shripney Lane, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting possessing a lock knife in North Bersted Street, Bognor Regis, on June 22, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Marie Wedge, 51, of Canada Road, Arundel, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (60mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Crossbush Lane, Arundel, on June 23, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Samuel Dean, 18, of Grafton Road, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (800mg of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood) in Chichester Gate car park on April 16, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was fined a further £100 after admitting drug-driving (12mg cocaine per litre of blood) in Chichester Gate car park on April 16, 2016. He also admitted drug-driving (612mg of diazepam per litre of blood) in Chichester Gate car park on April 16, 2016, no separate penalty.

Paul Dickenson, 25, of Baffins Lane, Chichester, was fined £200 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on June 24, 2016. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order and was dealt with for three original offences, being fined £50 for disorderly behaviour while drunk in Chichester on May 14, 2016; fined £50 for stealing alcohol worth £14.28 from One Stop, Chichester, on May 31, 2016; and fined £50 for damaging plants at One Stop, Chichester, on May 31, 2016. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which was varied.

Gregor Hughes, 29, of Rectory Lane, Selsey, was fined £50 after admitting driving in Whyke Road, Chichester, on May 6, 2016, without insurance. He was fined £80 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (109mg benzoylecgonine per litre of blood) in Whyke Road, Chichester, on May 6, 2016. He was fined £40 after admitting drug-driving (7mg Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in Whyke Road, Chichester, on May 6, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Mark Steadman, 49, of Havant Close, Vinnetrow Road, Runcton, was fined £100 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on June 18, 2016.

Igor Svirkovs, 54, of Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, must pay £60 victim surcharge and £550 costs after being found guilty of drink-driving (114mg alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Thrusloes, Bognor Regis, on February 28, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.
