David Curl, 54, of Houghton Bridge, Amberley, was fined £800 and must pay £80 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 50mph speed limit on Bury Hill, Bury, on June 6, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Niall Donnelly, 34, of Morris Drive, Billingshurst, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Lewes on August 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Gabriel Goranov, 35, of Regis Court, High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance on the A259 Littlehampon on May 8, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Steven Thouless, 47, of Latham Road, Selsey, was fined £66 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 West Ashling on June 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Simon Whitelock, 47, of Johnson Way, Ford, was fined £218 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on August 13, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jonathan Turner, 36, of Duncan Road, Chichester, must pay £2.50 compensation after admitting damaging truffle mayonnaise worth £2.50 at Marks & Spencer, Chichester, on December 15, 2020. He must pay £75 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on December 15, 2020.

James Lye, 40, of Wortham Road, Meopham, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £480 costs, after admitting exceeding the eight knots speed limit in Chichester Harbour when navigating a jet ski on June 24, 2020.

Shane Brandes, 26, of Leverton Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £775 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on December 11, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Paul Hoolickin, 49, of Flint Close, East Preston, was given a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting being in charge of a vehicle in McDonald’s car park, Crossbush, while unfit to drive through drugs on May 23, 2019; possessing three wraps of diamorphine, a class A drug, in Arundel on May 23, 2019; and driving while disqualified in Lyminster Road, Arundel, on May 23, 2019. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £200 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

David Chamberlain, 63, of Westminster Drive, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and fined £333 after admitting dishonestly providing false information to Arun District Council, namely that he was a landlord, with a view to obtaining housing benefit in Bognor Regis on August 28, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
