Pavels Balakuns, 59, of Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on June 2, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Victoria Bent, 43, of Taylors Close, Yapton, was fined £96 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on April 15, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mark Brazier, 51, of Priory Road, Arundel, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Offington Lane, Worthing, on May 9, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Paul Chandler, 62, of Park Crescent, Selsey, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on July 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Dariusz Gibas, 32, of The Boulevard, Bersted, was fined £128 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on April 27, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Boguslaw Kopala, 31, of Bowley Lane, South Mundham, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 2, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Marian Neisparavitu, 52, of Oakleigh Court, Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 2, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Christopher Smith, 29, of June Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on June 29, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ashley Stillwell, 25, of Duke House, St Margarets Way, Midhurst, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on March 9, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Nicholas Wood, 57, of Mill Road, Slindon Common, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on May 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Zheko Petrov, 40, of Belmont Street, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of drink-driving (101mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Waterside Drive, Chichester, on March 1, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was fined £100 and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting driving without insurance. He was fined £100 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on August 22, 2019. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Carl Bird, 35, of Pryors Green, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Barnham on April 9, 2020; and harassment by continuing contact between April 10 and 12, 2020. He was fined £100 and must pay £70 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting destroying a TV remote with intent in Barnham on April 9, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.

Lee Buckland, 48, of Kings Drive, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with drink impaired driving course requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting drink-driving (376mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Pagham Road, Bognor Regis, on June 12, 2020. He was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting drink-driving (156mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Little Heath Road, Cobham, on July 31, 2020. He must also carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of driving without the correct licence, on June 12 and July 31, 2020, no separate penalties.

Mason Wallace, 23, of Bailey Cottages, Chichester Road, Selsey, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a suspended sentence by failing to attend appointments on August 14 and September 18, 2020.

Lorissa Griffith, 29, of Bognor Road, Chichester, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Muchos Nachos car park, Chichester, on September 4, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. She also admitted driving without insurance and driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty.

Harry Pluck, 32, of Chestnut Close, Chichester, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 3, 2020; damaging a mobile phone worth £80 in Bognor Regis on October 3, 2020; . He must pay a total of £130 compensation, £94.94 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He also admitted breaching a community order, which as revoked and he was given a new community order for assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Bognor Regis on July 12, 2020.
