Police issue list of rural crimes across the Chichester district

Sussex Police have issued a list of rural crimes across the Chichester district.

The crimes range from stolen lawnmowers to criminal damage. Anyone with information should contact police by calling 101 or by reporting it online here: How to report a crime.• Park Lane, Halnaker – Between Wednesday 29 and Thursday April 30 a property was burgled and a petrol lawnmower was stolen.

• Park Lane, Halnaker – Overnight between Thursday 30 April and Friday May 1 a garage was burgled and a ride-on mower was stolen.

• Street End Road, Sidlesham Common – Overnight between Thursday April 30 and Friday May 1 a window of a vehicle was damaged. Nothing was stolen.

• Lumley Road, Emsworth – On Friday May 1 fencing surrounding a pond area was criminally damaged.

• Walton Lane, Bosham – On Friday May 1 a trailer was unhitched from a vehicle and stolen from a car park.

• Quarry Lane, Chichester – On Sunday May 3 a silver Yamaha 125 motorcycle was stolen.

• Maplehurst Road, Chichester – In the early hours of Monday May 4, cladding on a residential property was criminally damaged.

• St Pancras Chichester - Overnight between Thursday 7 and Friday May 8 a property was damaged when the drainpipes were pulled off the exterior walls.
