Footage taken from The Observer offices in Metro House shows the driver of a van taking the vehicle the wrong way around the roundabout at the top of North Street.

The interesting driving technique was observed at about 11.30am today (Tuesday September 24).

The vehicle is seen driving slowly by the curb and is surprisingly met with no horns from other road users.
