Deadmans Lanesafety hazard
Contractors parking their vehicles at a building development at the top of Deadmans Lane, in Rye, are causing a dangerous hazard.
The claim comes from a partially sighted pedestrian who was unable to cross the road due to a van parked on the corner.
Rye councillor Granville Bantick said: “It is a black spot when contractors should show sense.”
