The children at Billingshurst Primary School have been busy selling red noses in the run up to Red Nose Day.
The school has raised £480 from the selling of the noses, which has earned the school Super School Status with the Red Nose team.
The pupils and staff will also be supporting the actual day tomorrow, March 24, with additional fundraising, including ‘wear something red to school’ and a cake sale.
Head teacher Helen Williamson said: “We love getting our school involved with Red Nose Day and this year is no exception. All the children are really enthusiastic and can’t wait to do their bit.”
Reuben Joyce has been a real superstar. He has been selling red noses every morning before school, whatever the weather.
The money raised by the public is spent by Comic Relief to help people living incredibly tough lives, both here in the UK and Africa.
