Camelsdale Primary School has packed 51 boxes off to Mustard Seed Relief Mission’s Love In A Box appeal.

It is a traditional activity for the school community, as staff and pupils think of others in the lead up to the festive season.

The boxes will be sent to boys and girls in countries such as Romania, the Ukraine and Moldova.

Head teacher Sarah Palmer said: “Filling your Love In A Box is a fun and worthwhile half-term activity for us all. It is important that we think of others at this festive time.

“We always enjoy hearing back from the charity in photos and words of how well all the boxes are received and the difference they make.

“This year was a record number of boxes. Thank you to everyone who contributed.”
