Fairlight Players are happy to be opening The Cat and the Canary next Thursday

Fairlight Players: Is spring really with us in earnest at last? If it is, then you can expect, as the April production often enjoys, a warm evening (or afternoon) to accompany you on your outing to see the Players next week from Thursday to Saturday, April 23 to 25, with The Cat and the Canary ‘live on stage’, as the current saying goes.

Tickets are only £6, and one wonders how mach longer the group can continue to offer such excellent value for money when that is a price most other local groups have long forgotten.

It’s on each evening at 7.30 pm, with a Saturday matinee for those who would rather get home in the daylight. Especially after this one! So, a quick trip to the Post Office, or if you can’t make it, a call to Carol Ardley on 814178, will secure your place laughing and shuddering with everybody else!

P.S. The ‘horror’ is more of the giggle type than hair-raising!
