Feast of music in Yapton

Double the amount of music will greet visitors to this year's Hobbs Farm music festival in Yapton.

The event has been extended into a second night for its fifth staging.

This means there will be more live music for festival-goers to enjoy and raise money for 4Sight, the West Sussex Association for the Blind.

Fundraising officers at the charity are hoping the prospect of more bands will see the takings greatly add to the more than 42,000 which the festival has raised so far.

This year's weekend at the Bilsham Road site will last from 4pm on September 12 until 6pm on September 14. Camping is available on both Friday and Saturday night.

Other attractions include a bar with real ale and cider available, various food stands and a variety of stalls.

Tickets are available on 01243 838008. Call for prices and more information.
