Unlike some of the other supercars that have taken to the track over the weekend, the Wraith is very quiet.

A fleet of Rolls-Royce motor cars have been in evidence in the Goodwood area during the Festival of Speed, with invited guests being conveyed from the company’s manufacturing plant and head office on the south east corner of the Goodwood estate.

“A skilled workforce is what keeps Britain’s automotive sector competitive,” said Mr Cable.

“Companies like Rolls-Royce Motor Cars have long recognised the value of offering apprenticeships and have a proud record of putting young people on exciting and rewarding career paths.”
