Fire service reponds to possible wildfire on Midhurst Common

The fire service has been called to reports of a fire on Midhurst Common this evening (Wednesday, April 7).

Crews from Midhurst Station 43 were called to the blaze at 5.30pm today.

In a message to social media, a spokesman for the station said: "17:30 - 43P1 & 43M1 mobilised to reports of a fire on #Midhurst #Common updates to follow #oncall #wildfire."
