Half-term fun in the Chichester district

A RANGE of activities are being planned for children in the Chichester district during the half-term holiday.

At The Novium, in Tower Street, events include Chilling tales of Chichester, from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday, October 28; a family crafternoon, on Wednesday, October 31, from 10am to 4pm; a children’s workshop, featuring luminous lanterns, on Thursday, November 1, from 1pm to 3pm; and The Big Draw: 2012 in Lines, from Saturday, October 27, to Sunday, November 4, from 10am to 4pm.

Westgate Leisure Chichester will be running a daily ‘burst’ holiday club, from 8.30am to 5.30pm, for children aged five to 16. Activities on offer include dance, trampolining, art and craft and soft play.

The cost is £20 per child per day or £15 for a half day.

Football and rugby courses are open to boys and girls aged six to 15.

Rugby in the community is at Bracklesham Park, Bracklesham Bay, on November 30 and 31, from 10am to 3pm, and football in the community is at The Academy, Selsey, on November 1 and 2 from 10am to 3pm. The cost for both is £5 per person per day.
