Healthy schools
FIVE local schools and colleges have been granted Healthy School status.
Ringmer Community College, Newick Primary School, St Peters, Laughton Community School and Chiddingly Primary have made every effort to improve the emotional health and well being of their pupils, and have also taught them the importance of physical activity and healthy eating.
Representatives from the above schools were presented with an awards plaque at a county council awards ceremony on March 22.
