Louise Hubball, 22, of London Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing boots worth £9.99 from ShoeZone, Bognor Regis, on October 1, 2016; stealing bedding worth £400 from B&M Home Store, Bognor Regis, on September 28, 2016; stealing groceries worth £20.85 from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on September 27, 2016; stealing Christmas gift sets and other items worth £120 from Superdrug, Bognor Regis, on October 22, 2016; stealing clothing worth £179 from M&Co, Bognor Regis, on January 17, 2017; stealing to bottles of vodka worth 374 from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on January 13, 2017; stealing perfume worth £597 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on Deceember 22, 2016; and two charges of failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court - on November 15, 2016, and January 30, 2017. She must pay a total of £1,146.84 compensation and £85 victim surcharge. She also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, no action taken.

Scott Macfadyen, 42, of Gloucester Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting possessing 0.8g cocaine (wrap in mouth) in Bognor Regis on October 24, 2016; stealing Fixodent worth £127.80 from Wilkinsons, Bognor Regis, on August 21, 2016; stealing Yankee Candle products worth £131.94 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on September 23, 2016; stealing £30 cash from Ladbrokes, Bognor Regis, on November 8, 2016; stealing perfume worth £111 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on November 16, 2016; jointly stealing two drills worth £94 from B&Q, Bognor Regis, on November 12, 2016; and failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on November 10, 2016. He must pay a total of £400.74 compensation and £85 victim surcharge.

Stephen Wilson, 47, of Coach House Close, Selsey, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing alcohol from Compass Supply Solutions in Birdham on May 30, 2016. He must pay £3,100 compensation and £115 victim surcharge.

David Daley, 52, of Cavendish Street, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting a police constable at Worthing railway station on February 12, 2017. He also admitted being drunk at Worthing railway station on February 12, 2017, no separate penalty. He was fined £50 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order.

Ben Hooper, 26, of Common View, Stedham, was fined £450 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in South Street, Midhurst, on February 10, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Jonathan Turner, 32, of Duncan Road, Chichester, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing food worth £10 from The Regis service station, Bognor Regis, on January 11, 2017; and possessing an offensive weapon, a claw hammer, in Ruskin Avenue, Bognor Regis, on January 11, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on January 26, 2017, no separate penalty.

Jason Hardy, 36, of Orchard Place, Shripney, was fined £305 after admitting failing to stop after an accident in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, in which another vehicle was damaged and a person was injured on October 11, 2016. He was fined £305 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

David Stewart, 51, of Laburnum Grove, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on July 19, 2017. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Amy Doyle, 26, of Monterey Gardens, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A259 Climping on May 26, 2016. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
