Daniel Hillman, 33, of Gossamer Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £26 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting stealing meat worth £26 from The Co-op, Rose Green, on October 22, 2016. He was fined £50 and must pay £60 compensation after admitting stealing meat worth £60 from The Co-op, Rose Green, on October 26, 2016. He admitted breaching a community order, which will continue with a new Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, and must pay £60 costs.

Jake Denyer, 23, of Maybridge Crescent, Goring, admitted breaching a community order, which was varied to include an additional 20 hours’ unpaid work, to make a total of 140 hours.

Matthew Wakeford, 27, of Gilbert Road, Chichester, admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which will continue with an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work, total 165. He must pay £60 costs.

Kerry Johnson, 32, of Nutbourne Park, Nutbourne, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (72mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Foxbury Lane, Westbourne, on February 14, 2017. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Samuel Mee, 20, of Westward House, Fisbourne Road East, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Chichester on February 16, 2017.

Bradley Murphy, 21, of Langrune Close, Chichester, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing 469g of cannabis in Chichester on September 8, 2016. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order.

Warren Sitton, 45, of Adelaide Road, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £32.88 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, after admitting stealing 24 cans of lager worth £32.88 from The Co-Op, Chichester, on February 15, 2017.

Mark Avery, 43, of Norwood High Street, London, was fined £200 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of disorderly behaviour while drunk in Station Road, Bognor Regis, on January 17, 2017.

Luke Bennett, 28, of Central Buildings, London Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing phones, tablets and laptops worth £3,045 having entered A1 Compusolve, Bognor Regis, as a trespasser on October 2, 2016. He must pay £1,000 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Huges, 56, of Newick Road, Brighton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing three Barbour jackets worth £477 from Hansfords Menswear, Chichester, on July 14, 2016. He must pay £477 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jasmine Perring, 20, of Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Littlehampton on January 6, 2017. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order and was fined £40 for the original offence of using threatening words or behaviour causing distress at Barnham Railway Station on December 11, 2015.

Patryk Swistak, 20, of Maple Gardens, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting stealing a bicycle of unknown value in Bognor Regis on September 10, 2016; stealing a bicycle worth £214.98 in Bognor Regis on October 29, 2016; stealing a bicycle worth £499 in Bognor Regis on October 30, 2016; and possessing ketamine in Chichester on December 19, 2016. He must pay a total of £608 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shaun Weaver, 48, of Chichester Road, Arundel, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Arundel on February 5, 2017.

Daniel Thompson, 34, of Cobham Close, Yapton, was fined £161 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £625 costs, after being found guilty of driving without due care and attention on the A249 Yapton on August 17, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Paul Knight, 41, of Bradshaw Road, Chichester, was given a community order with four-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8.30pm to 7am daily, after admitting two charges of assault at The Co-op, Nyetimber Lane, Bognor Regis, on November 25, 2016; and stealing meat worth £10.58. He must pay a total of £200 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Hay, 49, of Taylors Field, Midhurst, was given a community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement, Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and four-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 6am, after admitting drink-driving (108mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Midhurst, on January 6, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He also admitted driving without due care and attention, no separate penalty, and breaching a conditional discharged order, no action taken.

John Rissen, 46, of Victoria Road, Emsworth, was given a community order with four-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 8.30pm to 7am, after admitting drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Fishbourne Road East, Chichester, on February 21, 2017. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Gemma Elder, 19, of Hawkins Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £40 and must pay £5.70 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £60 costs, after admitting travelling on a train at Littlehampton without paying the £5.70 fare on May 31, 2016.

Tina Gibbs, 47, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, was fined £100 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A286 Haslemere on February 3, 2016. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Adam Hardwell, 48, of Regis Court, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and fined £120 after admitting three charges of being in charge of a vehicle in Orchard Way, Barnham, on January 6, 2017, while over the drug-driving limit (20ug/l cocaine; 708ug/l benzoylecgonine; and 771ug/l diazepam). He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for six months.

Simon Cole, 51, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, must pay £250 compensation, £200 costs, after being found guilty of obstructing a South East Coast Ambulance Service employee who was responding to an emergency in Bognor Regis on November 16, 2016.

Jamie Chaffer, 38, of Lower Street, Fittleworth, was fined £115 and must pay £56.25 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, after admitting using an unlicensed vehicle on the A29 Woodgate on January 19, 2016.
