Anthony Diggins, 60, of no fixed address, was jailed for ten weeks after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on September 5, 2016. He was jailed for ten weeks to run concurrently after admitting common assault in Chichester on September 5, 2016. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £115 victim surcharge.

Natalie Jones, 26, of Garden Crescent, Barnham, was given a community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Barnham on December 18, 2016. She must pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Polek, 32, of Victoria Road, Chichester, was jailed for 12 weeks after being found guilty of intentionally touching a woman in a sexual manner without consent in Tesco Express, Chichester, on December 22, 2015. He was jailed for three weeks to run concurrently after being found guilty of asssault by beating in Tesco Express, Chichester, on December 22, 2015. He must pay £150 compensation after admitting causing £191.40 criminal damage to a vehicle in College Lane, Chichester, on June 26, 2016, no separate penalty.

Jason Searle, 50, of Forest View Park, Crossbush Lane, Poling, was fined £120 after admitting producing cannabis in Arundel on May 26, 2016. He also admitted possessing cannabis in Arundel on May 26, 2016, no separate penalty. He must pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jackson Stewart, 33, of Fletcher Place, North Mundham, was fined £385 and must pay £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Fletcher Place, North Mundham, on September 3, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Gareth Greenaway, 26, of Oving Terrace, Oving Road, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (87mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A286 Cocking on May 30, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, no action taken.

Jake Mould, 20, of East Street, Fareham, was fined £200 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (93mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Sandy Point Lane, Selsey, on September 18, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Christopher Wild, 45, of Main Road, Emsworth, was fined £40 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing two bottles of wine from The Co-operative, Southbourne, on September 18, 2016.

Shane Rishman, 24, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs, after being found guilty of failing to stop after an accident in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on January 14, 2016, which caused damage to another vehicle. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He also admitted failing to report an accident in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on January 14, 2016, and driving without due care and attention, no separate penalties.

Lucy Ison, 49, of Western Avenue, Emsworth, was fined £365 and must pay £3,036.18 compensation, £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control and injured a woman in The Promenade, Emsworth, on July 20, 2016. The court made an order that unless the dog, a black border collie, is kept under proper control, being securely held on a lead by a person aged 16 or over, and fitted with a muzzle sufficient to prevent it from biting a person, it must be destroyed.

Gemma Stapleford, 31, of Trinity Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £150 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (73mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Havant Road, Hampshire, on September 18, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Ian Campbell, 45, of Wandleys Lane, Caravan Park, Chichester, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge after admitting drink-driving (55mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Anglesea Road, Portsmouth, on September 3, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.
