HOSPITAL REVIEW DELAY SPARKS CONCERN
DELAY in the start of consultation over the future of West Sussex health services has been met with dismay by some MPs.
They say the postponement of the Fit For The Future programme simply illustrates the problem the Primary Care Trust is having in making figures add up, while some aspects simply cannot be resolved.
Nicholas Soames, MP for Mid Sussex, said: "The sums for West Sussex are so complicated that the trust is unable to resolve them. while East Sussex is a comparitively easy exercise. It is quite clear to all of us what the minimum requirements are for West Sussex."
