Hotel has new general manager
Alec Howarth has been appointed general manager of Buxted Park Hotel, near Uckfield.
His first job was at The Grapevine Hotel, in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire. Since then, he has worked for large Plc International hotel chain, Copthorne, where he worked for seven years at various locations across the UK.
More recently, Alec has also had international travel and leisure experience, travelling to the exotic destination of the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador where he spent three months establishing a hotelier management system for The Royal Palm Hotel, the first luxury hotel on the islands.
