Littlehampton lifeboats called to help stricken boat
Three men were on board the 22ft motor cruiser, out on a fishing trip, when it had suffered engine problems, and ended up one-and-a-half-miles southeast of the harbour, at about 1.20pm.
The vessel was towed back to its moorings at Littlehampton Marina, and it was later discovered that the problem had been caused by contaminated fuel.

Hide AdNick White, lifeboat operation manager, said: "It was a straight forward job to assist a well equipped boat and a competent crew. When a vessel carries marine radio, communication is so much easier."
