Littlehampton roadworks to start on Monday

Paving slabs on the north side of Church Street will be replaced with asphalt during a six-week project that will start on Monday (August 24).

Work on the 47,700 West Sussex County Council scheme will be carried out between 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

A spokesman for the council said: "It might be necessary to suspend

some on-street parking for short periods of time to allow the works to continue without disruption."
