Lynchmere, Hammer and Camelsdale could benefit from charity

RESIDENTS of Lynchmere, Hammer and Camelsdale could be the beneficiaries of the Mabel Grant Trust, a charity set up for villagers who find themselves in need of help.

It also provides grants to village organisations providing a service or benefit to the community or residents.

During the last financial year the trust gave out £2,811. Previously this has varied between £4,429 and £10,583, but the income has stayed around £7,000.
