To help those of us who need help moving into the 21st century, Spitfire Ale have teamed up with Tony Thorne, British Author and Lexicographer to create a guide to modern slang which also tracks the evolution of slang from the 16th century right though to today.

The guide launched by comedians ‘Armstrong and Miller’ at the Horse and Groom in Belgravia – the UK’s poshest pub (in the shadow of Buckingham Palace) which goes ‘street’ for the month with everything from chalkboards to welcome signs translated in to the most popular modern day slang.
