Man denies charge
A MAN has denied one charge of outraging public decency while on a bus.
Glenn Maher, of Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was reported by a 14-year-old girl and her friend for the incident in Chichester on November 27 last year.
He pleaded not guilty to outraging public indecency at Chichester Magistrates' Court on May 8. He will appear at the court again on June 19 and was released on unconditional bail.
