Middleton puts array of artwork on display

A wide array of artwork will be on display at Middleton Art Group's initial exhibition of the year.

The spring show will take place on from 10am-6pm on saturday and Sunday at St Nicholas Hall in Mill Road, Arundel.

It will feature landscapes, animals, flowers and local scenes by the small group of local artists who belong to the group.

They enjoy working in oil, acrylic, watercolour and pastel. Admission is free but a donation to St Wilfrid's Hospice would be appreciated.

Art group chairman Carole Keen said: "This will be our first exhibition in Arundel this year. We really enjoy this wonderful venue and especially look forward to welcoming and meeting the visitors who come to view our work.

"I am delighted to say the donations received at our three exhibitions last year raised 414.73 for the hospice."
