Midhurst firefighters called to Duncton and A286 Easebourne


MIDHURST firefighters were this morning called to a road traffic accident on the A286 at Easebourne.

The crew were called out at 2.56am today (June 3) after a vehicle overturned. A male driver was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Firefighters had cleared the scene by 3.57am.

Crews from Chichester and Midhurst were yesterday (June 2) called to Duncton after a fridge caught fire.

The fire caused 50 per cent damage to the kitchen in Dye House Lane and 100 per cent smoke damage to the rest of the house. Two hose reels were used to put out the blaze.
