Midhurst Museum played host to its first school visit when 30 children from the town’s primary school arrived at Knockhundred Row.

The pupils used the museum’s ‘Children’s Booklet’ to explore the exhibits and historian Tim Rudwick was on hand to answer the many questions about all the things they saw.

Teacher, Peter Aldren said he was delighted with the chronological nature of the display which he said was a ‘superbly effective tool for learning’.
