Midhurst zumbathon to raise money for Macamillan

Midhurst Macmillan Service was praised by organiser Maddie Hathaway, who said it does ‘such an amazing job in the area’.

She added: “From personal experience I know that nothing is too much for them and they are always there to offer fantastic care and support to people living with cancer in their own homes.

“We are very lucky in this area to have the overwhelming support from them.

“Cancer is a part of so many people’s lives and we personally know very few people that haven’t been affected by it.”

Last year’s zumbathon raised nearly £4,000. This year’s takes place at Midhurst Rother College from 1pm–4pm on Sunday, February 3.

Four local instructors will lead the session, and there will be a prize draw at the event.
